When you pick Dixon-Coles or Bivariate Poisson a parameter RHO can be set. They change the distribution of scores.

Dixon-Coles: controls the strength of the correction of low-scoring scores. Common values are between 0 and -0.2.

Bivariate Poisson: represents the covariance between the two goal counts. Common values are between 0 and 1.
